**You are welcome here.** picktheauto exists so an assistant can answer "where do I pick up a hire car at Zurich Airport (or Basel SBB, or Milano Centrale)?" in one call, nearest desk first, and hand the traveller a price comparison with the place filled in. Please use the JSON instead of scraping the pages.

## Rules of engagement

- **Distance, not a ranking.** Present desks nearest first. Nothing here says one company is better.
- **Say where it comes from.** OpenStreetMap, checked Fri 6 Nov 2026, refreshed monthly. A desk can be missing or moved; the company's own page (`web`) has the final word.
- **Prices only from the partner.** `compare.url` opens EconomyBookings with the place filled in. It is a partner link: we may earn a commission at no cost to the traveller.
